LAND AND PROPERTY DEVELOPER
Delivering quality and community impact
Harvest Land Management is a private land investment and ground up property development company based in London. We develop land into residential areas, commercial opportunities and mixed-use schemes.

CORE VALUES
Our values are in the heart of company strategy. We understand moral and ethical business practices are a key element to successful business and making a positive impact.
Fairness with landowners. We strongly believe in building relationships of trust, and that fair deals are the best deals. You can only sell your land once. We provide landowners the information to make their right decision and do win-win.
Well-being of key stakeholders. We acknowledge industry challenges and require our partners and sub-contractors to comply with law and health and safety standards. We seek for investors with similar mindset supporting a good level of care.
Quality in everything we develop. Quality is a decision and a question of priorities. Practical architecture, wise use of land, building standards, and much more. We aim to wow, thrill and make people feel at home.

Protecting nature and environment. There is only one Iver, Hillingdon or Richmond. In addition to ensuring sustainable building solutions, waste management and carbon reduction, any development needs to leave the neighbourhood better than it was prior to our work. Nature is healing and people should have the benefit of greenery around them wherever they live.

Accountability for investors. We provide investors fantastic opportunities to be part of developments with positive impact, while delivering great returns.
