Our Business

Harvest Land Management acquires off-market land to develop  residential, commercial and mixed- use projects. We provide landowners the knowledge to make their right decision and only do win-win.

Our success is founded on the hands-on experience of all 4 areas of real estate: land, planning, construction and funding / investment. Our approach is influenced by the uniquely combined understanding of private and public sector complexities. 


The key challenge in developing land is in achieving planning consent. In addition to the selected land, the likelihood of the consent largely rests on the quality of planning application and its documentation, and thus it is one of our key focuses on planning works.

Harvest Land Management understands that local planning policy and planning application outcomes are affected by the contradiction between house owners not wanting developments close to where they live, at the same time hoping that their family members and friends could afford and be able to find suitable housing on offer.

We answer to these challenges by doing our homework – understanding what the government’s ambitions are and what is accepted and needed locally.
