OUR BUSINESS
Acquiring and developing off-market land
Our Business
Harvest Land Management acquires off-market land to develop residential, commercial and mixed- use projects. We provide landowners the knowledge to make their right decision and only do win-win.
Our success is founded on the hands-on experience of all 4 areas of real estate: land, planning, construction and funding / investment. Our approach is influenced by the uniquely combined understanding of private and public sector complexities.
The key challenge in developing land is in achieving planning consent. In addition to the selected land, the likelihood of the consent largely rests on the quality of planning application and its documentation, and thus it is one of our key focuses on planning works.

Harvest Land Management business model includes the full development cycle:
Finding off-market land
Development design
Construction funding
Completed built environment
Discussions and
agreement with landowners
Planning application
Project management of building phase
Insights to the UK market

Developing land in the UK is difficult and costly. All areas of England are significantly behind the government set goals for development, and thus the situation is ripe for change. However, the central challenge is ambiguity of government planning policy and its adoption locally by different councils, making the results of many planning applications unpredictable.

Harvest Land Management understands that local planning policy and planning application outcomes are affected by the contradiction between house owners not wanting developments close to where they live, at the same time hoping that their family members and friends could afford and be able to find suitable housing on offer.
We answer to these challenges by doing our homework – understanding what the government’s ambitions are and what is accepted and needed locally. At the same time we realise our mission in creating functioning, quality housing and commercial real estate that exceeds expectations and gives an uplift to the surrounding area.

It is important to continue developing communities so they stay vibrant and inviting to investments, good people and families. Let us work with you to consider the wishes of everyone involved, and to create something spectacular for the owner, the neighbourhood, and the wider community.
