Do you own an empty plot of land?
We buy land that does not yet have a planning permission. This includes land already allocated in the local council’s development plan and strategic land that we can later promote to the council.
We calculate the real value of your land based on standard industry calculations.
Do you own land with derelict buildings, and do not know what to do with them?
